大智公司的四种培训形式/four kinds of training of Teach-touch:
1.传统式培训/Traditional style
又称为报告式或被动式教学。信息量大,传播速度快。是培训时间不多,学员人数众多,掌握知识为主要目标的培训类型首选。缺点是互动少,不易检查学习效果。
This style, suitable for building knowledge mostly, can transmit information speedily in a large volume. It is also suitable for the situation when class size is very large and no too much interaction is required.
2.互动式培训/Interactive learning
又称为主动式教学或者引导式教学。学员大量参与课堂活动和练习,注重引导和学员互相启发,让学员真正切实学会某种技能。优秀的互动式培训有专业的角色扮演、案例分析等课堂练习方式,不但储备知识技能,而且提升学员动手能力。缺点是学员人数限制严格,时间充足。
Interactive learning style, designed for small class group and regarded as time consuming, is an effective way to improve participants’ competency by providing lots of class practices such as case study and role.
3.体验式培训/Experiential learning
又称拓展式培训。利用游戏、现场模拟等形式,让学员从“做”中体会或感悟知识或者理念。是一种活泼生动的教学方式。主要在于改变观念,触动思维,启发心智。
A refreshing and vivid training style, change participants’ mindset, and inspire their mental by doing a series of specially designed games and experiential activities.
4.研讨式培训/Workshop style
真正由学员主导式的教学方式。学员高度参与课堂活动和练习,讲师是引导者和启发者。学员被以小组形式讨论和解决现实工作中实际存在的问题,并互相讨论和补充解决方案。是一种高回报率的培训形式。缺点是对学员和讲师的能力要求都很高。
It is a highly practical training style and focuses on resolving problems or workout business plan. It is very trainee-oriented,and trainer often acts as a facilitator, leading participants to draft their own ideas on specific subjects. However, the final benefits depend on both trainer’s ability and trainees’ competency.
